Apartment in Milan
Project: Arch. Andrea Castrignano

"The house comes from the union of two adjacent apartments.
The effort of the designers was to create minimum
disengagement areas and large open spaces, especially near
the panoramic terrace. The entrance opens onto a large living
room characterized by different spaces, such as the
conversation area, a dining room and a relaxation area, areas
flooded by light coming from the West, which gets inside the
luxury apartment thanks to five large windows.
The sleeping area, located on the opposite side of the living
area, consists of two large bedrooms, a dressing room and
a bathroom with an area equipped with turkish bath entirely
covered with mosaic.
The architectural minimalism has been specially designed to
bring out the works of art that fill the house. The total white
that characterizes the spaces is in sharp contrast with
furniture and upholstery. Among the furnishings appear the
most important names in the history of desgin: Saarinen, Le
Corbusier, Jacobsen and Eames."
