Apartment in Milan
Project: Arch. Andrea Castrignano
"We are in the heart of Milan, in via Durini: on the top floor
of an early twentieth century building, rebuilt after the war.
A prestigious apartment of about 200 square meters fully
renovated actualizing the charming retro feel and revisiting
with creativity existing decorations and details. Inside, a
combination of wood, stone, glass and iron: materials can
convey naturalness and reality and, at the same time, to
express the union between man and environment. At last,
a textile outfit with a strong visual impact, whose palette
has inspired all the color mood of the finishes (walls, floors
and walls). Then, like a skilled tailor, I "dressed" the
apartment so that each environment was expression of the
aesthetic that inspired me."
